Pros and cons of Swahili Language Guide & Audio Plus - World Nomads app for iPhone and iPad

Swahili Language Guide & Audio Plus - World Nomads app good for

Exactly what I needed before my trip to kenya! As an added bonus, Im pretty sure I caught a Seinfeld reference in the flirting section! :)
You can go far with these 500 phrases. The recorded examples are also easy to understand.
This application is very basic. It is great for a beginner like me. It gives an entertaining and useful lesson in Swahili and Kenyan culture, and also a travel vocabulary with audio for pronunciation help. It works well with a few flaws, one major and one minor. The Major flaw is in the lesson. When the phone goes to sleep, the audio dies, too. That means for the 16 some minutes of the lesson, if your phone is set to automatically sleep, you must keep tapping the screen to keep it awake. If you forget you have to wake the phone up again, though it does restart where it left off. The minor flaw is that the sound on the travel vocabulary is too low compared to the lesson. At normal volumes it is not easy to hear without headphone. If these things were fixed Id have given this application 5 stars. Of its genre, this application is a good value for the money.
I love this app and its very helpful. You have lots more on here than the free version, thank you, but please add another section or 2 though like saying what you like to do/activities and math!!! Id like those two sections please that would help me so much.
I have used this product many times and have learned much from it and now that I have updated it it is not working and I am pretty angry about it. Please please please help me plead!!!

Some bad moments

Free app provides essentially the same info. Would like to see more and expanded questions, greetings and responses. I think the lesson was the same. It would be nice if things were paired, you could slow it down at first, there was a transcript of lesson. Id say overall stick with free version unless this is truly expanded.
I bought this upgrade to hear the voice say the phrases but it isnt working on my ipad. Does sound only work on the iPhone?
Love the comprehensiveness, but the audio portion does not work most of the time. If that were not the case, the review would be much higher.
